Key factors in the selection process include

Professional Development: Applicants should articulate how attending the Symposium will support their growth and contribute to their organization’s fundraising and marketing goals.

Leadership Potential: Applicants must have at least 10+ years’ experience and are either in or show promise for leadership positions within their nonprofit organization.

Financial Need: The scholarship is designed to support those from nonprofits with limited budgets for professional development.

Conditions of Award

The selection committee carefully evaluates all applications to ensure that the scholarship funds are awarded to those who will benefit most from the opportunity and who are most likely to use the knowledge gained to advance their professional careers and their organizations’ missions.

As a scholarship recipient, you agree to share your experience by submitting a blog post within two months of attending the event. Your post will be published on TNPA and DMAW websites, as well as the Nonprofit Fundraisers Symposium site.
